GOST OHSAS 18001 EN10217 LSAW Steel Pipe For Boliers

LSAW means Longitudinal Submerged Arc Welding carbon steel pipe. It is a kind of SAW pipe made of steel plates that were hot rolled by JCOE or UOE manufacturing process. JCOE technology means shaping and forming processes. This forming process JCOE includes during producing as well as the inner and outer welding and cold expansion carried out after welding.

Longitudinal-seam Submerged Arc Welded (LSAW) pipes were made of steel plates cut from leveled hot rolled coils by both the JCOE and UOE (the forming process in which the plate like the letter “J”, “C”, “O” or “U” shape, then expansion) forming processes. Furthermore, the mechanical properties of the pipe base metal and weld metal were tested, and the results were in accordance with the corresponding pipe specification API SPEC 5L or DNV-OS-F101, which showed that domestic LSAW pipes could be used for oil and gas pipelines.

In 2018, we build a new advanced RBE production line for LSAW pipe, size range from 16” to 56” (406.4mm-1422.4mm), wall thickness: 9.53mm-30mm.

Twenty φ245mm-φ820mm thermal expansion pipe production lines, we have our own high-tech physics and chemistry labs where we can conduct our own tests such as physical properties and chemical composition test, and as well, UT, hydraulic test, X-ray and other test equipment is available, which can meet all related standards and inspection requirements.
